Borrowers in the Saving on a Valuable Education or SAVE program who have made at least ten years of payments will be receiving an email from President Biden today. That amounts to an estimated 153-thousand borrowers. The Biden administration has now approved loan relief for nearly three-point-nine million Americans. A plan to forgive 20-thousand dollars in loans for 40-million people was invalidated by the Supreme Court last year.        Neuralink's first brain implant patient can control a computer mouse simply by thinking. That's the claim the company's founder, Elon Musk, made in an X Spaces event on Monday. Musk says the patient "seems to have made a full recovery." The neurotechnology company aims to eventually allow people with paralysis to regain motor function and Musk has said he hopes the implants could also help people with diseases like Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease.       A trial involving the lyrics to "Hotel California" is getting underway today in Lower Manhattan. The words to the 1970s hit by the Eagles were written out by hand, but disappeared. Years later, a rare book dealer, a former Rock & Roll Hall of Fame curator and a memorabilia seller were accused of selling the lyrics to auction houses, while knowing they were stolen.        The Major League Soccer regular season kicks off this week.
