Federal authorities say the cargo ship that slammed into a Baltimore bridge was carrying hazardous materials. On Wednesday, the head of the National Transportation Safety Board said the ship was hauling nearly 60 containers filled with hazardous materials, including corrosives and flammables. A full investigation into the matter could take one to two years.    Israel is agreeing to reschedule a meeting with the Biden administration on its military plans for the Gaza city of Rafah. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu had abruptly canceled this week's meeting in Washington after the U.S. allowed a Gaza ceasefire resolution to pass at the UN. On Wednesday, the White House said the prime minister's office has agreed to reschedule the Rafah meeting.    After being found guilty late last year on seven federal counts of fraud and conspiracy, FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried is set to be sentenced today. Federal prosecutors are seeking up to 50 years in prison for the 32-year-old.    A suspect is in custody after four people were killed and seven injured in an Illinois stabbing spree. Police say 22-year-old Christian Soto was booked at the Winnebago County Jail on charges of first-degree murder and home invasion. Soto allegedly went on a killing rampage in several locations around Rockford, Illinois on Wednesday.    Millions along the East Coast are bracing for more heavy rain.
