President Biden is praising a decision to delay 5-G cell phone service at some airports. He says it will avoid "devastating disruptions" to flights. The nation's largest airlines warned the signals would interfere with technology, possibly keeping thousands of planes grounded.    The government's website for free COVID tests is hours from officially launching. It rolled out a day early to make sure it works okay. Many who heard about it were able to place an order within seconds, but some had issues. Most have to do with the limit of four tests per address.    The White House is warning about rising tensions between Russia and Ukraine. Press Secretary Jen Psaki [[ SAH-kee ]] called it an extremely dangerous situation. She said Russia created the problem by massing troops on the border with Ukraine.    Shares of SoFi shot up more than 16-percent in after-hours trading Tuesday. The fintech passed the final regulatory hurdle to become a bank. SoFi isn't technically a bank but offers loans, cash accounts and debit cards.    CNN legal analyst Laura Coates says she was rejected by producers when she offered to host "Jeopardy!" She had been mentioned by the late former host Alex Trebek as a potential successor. But Coates said she was denied the chance to fill in.
